The freshmen dorm (Brachman Hall) will be demolished this summer and another parking garage built on its location. Once this parking garage is complete, the entire center greek parking lot will become a construction zone where all the new sorority houses will be built at once. The rumors of the oldest or highest GPA being first are false. Once all new sorority houses are complete then all old sorority houses are to be demolished and all new fraternity houses built in this location. There is also plans for much more green space and a neighborhood feel.
