Now is a good time to check in with the recruitment chairman for every house. They can tell you if their house will be planning to offer spring recruitment and what they are looking for. Spring recruitment is offered if a chapter wants more members due to graduation of members, transfers away from TCU or members dropping out. It doesn't mean a house is bad. If fact, spring recruitment can get you into a top house without the grief of fall recruitment. It is a quiet and proactive process.
