Ranked kinda in order. Phi delt: higher class kids from mid to major cities in tx; some Houston, some highland park Dallas, a lot of alamo heights San Antonio, midland, kerrville, etc. Money abundant. Pretty good alumni network. Draw top-tier girls. Most bids are given out early (summer) to people already known by fraternity members. Kappa sig: Similar to phi delt but with a lot of fort worth kids. Good financial support. Good group of girls that come to parties. Most bids given out early during summer. SAE: Theyre solid in the traditional sense. Money is not a problem. These are rich private/some public school kids. Dallas highland park. Kinkaid school and episcopal high in Houston. Alamo heights in san Antonio. As with phi delt and kappa sig, bids are given to kids with connections to people already in the fraternity. Formal rush is pretty much useless. Like the other two, the girls are hot and from good, wealthy families. Great alumni job network.
