Subject:
Are lower tier girls treated badly on campus?

Poster Message:
I’m from the way northeast and we don’t have a local Panhellenic here. I’ve never known anyone in a sorority so I don’t think I’m going to be able to get rec letters and even if I did they’d be from the Boston Panhellenic (the closest one to me) and it’s hours away and I’ve never met them so I don’t think they’ll be very meaningful. No one from my high school has ever applied to Tcu before let alone gone. I have a good gpa 84 which I think is like a 3.3. I’m going to Tcu because my parents are moving to DFW but I’m so scared. The ranking of the house isn’t important to me I just want a lot of friends, for people in the lower tier sororities do people treat them differently on campus? Will people in better sororities not even consider being friends with me? Will I be embarrassed to walk around with their shirt? Will guys not date girls in low sororities? Do people think there is something wrong with the lower tier girls? Do people treat them like they’re weird? I don’t think I have to background for a good one but don’t want to feel ostracized what is it actually like?
