Pi Kappa used to be tier one but they have fallen off. All the houses in tier 1 and 2 have events with the top sororities and mixes with everyone. More houses are in the middle than people think, there really isn’t a difference between them besides how smart or dumb the kids are seeing that pi kappa and beta have the best grades while SAE and sig chi have the worst grades.
