I will concede that Zeta wasn't always the top house but they have worked hard to get there. They are the only house at TCU recognized for beauty in the big 10, they are very involved and support other greek houses, they are not snobbish and are very outgoing, they hold their own with grades. They are the entire package. You don't have to put other houses down if your confident. Facts are facts!!!!!!
