TCU does not have an easily discernible Greek ranking. As others have said, many people like Delt/Fiji/Beta just as much if not more so than your traditionally popular groups. Considering none of the fraternities are obviously terrible or way smaller than the others, I would say the fraternities are more similar than they are different.
