would say SAE is not top due to the fact they only hang out with tri delt. kap sig had a mediocre PC this year whereas phi delt had a pretty good one. if you want more involvement with other sororities, def go phi delt or kap sig. if you just want to mix with one, go SAE. all three are great fraternities
