Well, if you choose to drop from your sorority with the intent of joining another you must do so BEFORE becoming initiated. Once initiated, even if you leave the sorority, you will not be eligible to join another. If you drop before initiation you are not eligible to take another bid until the following year-so no spring rush/open recruitment opportunities. I would recommend you to stay in the sorority you accepted a bid from for now and wait a few more weeks. Give it a chance! You might end up really liking the girls! If you really just aren't fitting in and don't want to be in the sorority, you should then resign before you are initiated.
