It really is hard to say what the drop rates are. The sororities might keep that info but they don’t want to release that if it makes them look bad. I do think this is a good factor to look at but you do have to keep in mind that girls drop who have drop for various reasons. Some drop because the house they go to on bid day wasn’t their first choice. Others drop because they end up not agreeing with bylaws (which you don’t see in recruitment). Every single house has girls drop each year (even if not all the memebers know it)
