is not top 3 at Texas State, they're like bottom tier and below ADPi and AZD as well as DZ and Zeta. Something tells me ChiO wrote this seeing as how the original was edited to put ChiO as a top chapter at every school on the list, by either stretching the list out or being straight up false.
