top: XO, DDD, KKG, KAO, PBP, ZTA top-middle: DG, GPB middle: AXO, SK bottom: ADPi, AOII I almost moved Zeta down one because I don't think they recruit at the top level anymore, but I do think they're marginally better than DG. I moved Gamma Phi up because I'm impressed with how active they've become while maintaining top grades. I moved AXO down because I don't see them out much.
