I just wanted to clarify that you do not have to be a legacy to be in Chi O. Of course that helps like in all sororities but I was not a legacy. In fact, no one in my family was a Chi O but I still made it through and became one. As far as those rumors are concerned being on the other side of rush for 3 years I never saw any of that. I've heard the same rumors about every house though so you can't always trust what you hear. I do know that Recs are very important for almost every house! Good luck!
