the truth is FSL has a lot to do with PC numbers. there are some sororities (esp the more popular ones) who had girls that they wanted who also preffed them but because their yield is so high FSL limits PC numbers to allow more PNMs to go to the other houses, knowing that even still some of the less popular (though no worse) sororities will have smaller PCs. there is a common misconception that a smaller PC means less girls preffed a house but in reality there is a lot of behind the scenes work that FSL does that influences PC size. In addition, it's important to note that PC sizes were smaller this year across the board because there were about 200 less girls going through recruitment this year compared to last year. all houses got great girls! panhel love!!
