first of all, PNMs always think they know everything about every house even though they actually know nothing about any of the houses at TCU. PNM talk during recruitment week is 90% BS. as for theta, it is a top house for some girls but it not others. it depends on what youre looking for in a house. to some, it's the ideal sorority and to others it's their worst nightmare. theta is perfect and a truly wonderful chapter for a certain type of girl so maybe some girls were disappointed that it ended up being different than they wanted/expected.
