it depends on what class you take, who your professor is, and what your major is. most core classes can be really hard or really easy depending on your teacher. core classes tend to be mostly freshmen and sophomores but theres always a few seniors and juniors as well. this is honestly too broad of a question to answer because it completely depends on your teachers and what classes you are taking. some classes are blow-offs, and some are impossible. use ratemyprofessor if you want to know more about specific teachers or classes.
