I was wondering what the logic is for not holding recruitment after Christmas break like many universities do. It would give PNMS time to learn more about the different chapters and also give the houses a chance to meet the PNMS in real world situations before recruitment. Holding recruitment before you even have your first day of class seems kind of hard. I'm sure there are good reasons but as someone who hasn't experienced it yet it is hard to understand. Thank you for sharing your experiences.
