Congratulations on the new you. As far as telling people, I would be really careful. There is nothing wrong with gastric sleeve , but weight issues are one of those things that girls at TCU can be really snotty about. It really is between you and your doctor. I do know several girls got lap bands a few years ago, but I think they all got them taken out. Good luck
