Gamma Phi has been such a blessing to me! The thing I love most about Gphi us were not looking for any "kind" of girl. What we want to see is that you feel beautiful, strong, and empowered in your own skin while remaining humble and graceful. Our philanthropy is Girls on the Run and we want girls who get energy from bringing out the best in others. The best story I heard from recruitment last year, was one girl felt SO comfortable with the girls in the Gamma Phi House, she took off her heels and put on Birks on Pref Night. When she told us this year the entire chapter snapped and clapped for her and themselves. We don't want perfection. But we just want girls who will strive for greatness, and bring her gifts to our chapter. Take a deep breath, you're good enough.
