Dear Legacy PNMs: DONT mention your legacy status in another house even if it's in a positive way. For example don't even say something along the lines: "my mom was in XYZ sorority but I'm keeping an open mind." That seems innocent but a lot of girls take that the wrong way. I wouldn't even recommend talking about how your parents were Greek unless it's in your legacy house. if you're not interested in your legacy house but are worried other chapters will cut you for it: Just let the house you're at know you're very excited to be there and they won't hold your legacy status at another house against you. I may or may not be speaking from previous expirence :)
