He's right though because the person who posted this transferring and chapters are so different based on location and school. However it is up to sig chi whether or not they let him pledge another house since he initiated into sig chi already and that's a life long and national thing. As of transferring to SU, well sig chi is the top fraternity here and that's your house to begin with.
