not really sure why people think alpha phi is no longer top tier. my sorority is "top tier" and we still have events with them a lot. their new PC was good compared to other houses and they still hang out with good frats. a lot of my friends are in this house and they're super cool. they're deff ranked after DG but i still think they're a good house
