Look, I’m not a dphie but I did pref them along with Theta a couple of years ago and have friends in the house. I’m seeing a lot of posts about COB and tbh, if a house has open spots right now, you have the tiniest chance of getting one. My house had a couple spots after rush once and they went to friends who didn’t even rush. My point is that instead of being sad you aren’t in a sorority, get a group together snd cob to dphie. You’ll change the house for good in so many ways. Not saying they’re bad by any means but one PC can make a huge difference in a house.
