While I agree, I think that's true for a lot of houses on the list, not just theta. I think the current 'top house' rankings are based more on attractiveness and what frats srats mix with rather than genuine sisterhood. It would be interesting to see a ranking based entirely off of sisterhood rather than what they're typically based off of. Also, I think this ranking would not be great for that because I could see something like dg being a little low. I also can't see aephi being completely last
