can't be determined until final house counts come in after sisters graduate. then each nationals will decide what they want their house to be at based on fall enrollment. if they want total to be a bit higher they will advise chapter to COB in fall. if they are pleased with where the total is at they will simply wait for formal rush in spring to take more.
