Competitive srats are not going to take a lot of girls in COB. They know exactly who they want and that’s how they go after. And they only take the girls they want rather than a specific number. If you know girls in the srats, and you are close to them another sisters, then it’s possible you could get a COB bid. Honestly, I think it’s less likely to get a bid this way than in formal recruitment.
