The ratings of individual houses are so ridiculous and non-objective. Click on any house and here's who's rating: 1) people who are actually in the house who of course rate it high 2) people in other houses who are jealous (if it's a high tier house) or just piling on to make themselves feel superior (if it's lower) and 3) gdis who have nothing better to do with their time than hate.
