For fees, etc contact the Syracuse Panhellenic office. I don’t know of any scholarships but most houses have financing plans for dues. In terms of what you are judged on, I would say do not worry about what you can’t control. Be confident and friendly and you will find a good fit. It doesn’t really matter that much what house you’re in.
