i know ranking is "bad" but honestly, and not trying to be rude, this is one of the most accurate ones i've seen so far. of course, every house has the potential to move up or down, but from what i've seen this is right. honestly, my house is a little lower on this list than i'd like but that's our fault and it gives us stuff to work on. this list is pretty good.
