theta will definitely be upper mid after rush this year, as pnms seem to love them and they’re doing very well. as for gphi, in recent rounds most pnms are stuck getting gphi with other low-mid/bottom houses (dphie, aephi, agd etc) and consider dropping. gphi will slip down to low-mid around equal to sdt, maybe mid at best, below theta or sdt, with them spending way too much time monitoring this site and i guess not enough focus towards recruitment. ranks change my friends!
