there are really only three tiers at this point because bottom houses are so interchangeable… tridelt/kappa/sdt/dg/ alpha phi theta/ aephi/ phi sig/ gphib azd/agd/dphie/ one reason to put dphie at the very bottom is because they literally smack talked every great house on this campus during rush and the pnms noticed. and they still got an awful pledge class. sorry new gals.
