It depends on what you are ranking. This site ranks overall competitiveness in general based the ranks that tend to trend up. Some houses are more popular during recruitment, meaning they cut more PNM‘s then are cut by them, and those are much harder to get a bid from. I don’t think that any of the “mid” or even “lower” houses are bad, if anything they just are less competitive to get a bid from. It doesn’t mean that they are not selective, it’s a numbers game that’s all.
