I calculated the NPV using the present value of SU Sorority's perpetuity with a real interest rate, similar to how you calculate the price of a coupon bond using zero-coupon yields, following the simple model of growth and enterprise value multiples. I had a variety of inputs ranging from surveys, investments, charities, alumni, dues, and more. All other rankings are inferior, and therefore not DEFINITIVE like mine.
