Hi. I'm a PNM and I am feeling not so great about recruitment anymore because I don't love my schedule today. All the houses I liked during philanthropy dropped me. I thought my conversations went extremely well and I connected with the members of those chapters. Does anyone else feel this way or is it just me? I do not even know if I will continue recruitment after today, I don't feel any sort of connection with the very few houses I have left. Am I just not good at talking to people or what is it? Did other PNM's have this experience? I only know one other person rushing and to my knowledge she got called back to the chapters she wanted. I feel disappointed in this process, everyone says trust the process but I am extremely hurt by the rejection and feeling confused and lost.
