SAE- sae was definitely within the top 5 years back. After losing their house and having little to no presence anymore they solely rely on their darties. Sae consistently throws good darties/tailgates but it tends to get very crowded because they let pretty much anyone show up. If pike isnt having a tent then sae is the place to go. when in doubt you go to sae. Pike- i think we can all agree pike throws the best tailgates/darties. They have consistently shown us a good time and never let us down. Moshing inside the tent gets crazy fun and them adding the pool outside just makes it a great time. Pikes tents are also more organized because its usually a invite only at first then opens up for everyone after certain hours. The music is always great it definitely doesnt get much better than this. Aepi- i think aepi had one tailgate on walnut this spring and it was botched. Someone pulled the fire alarm and everything kinda just fell through. Aepi Is kinda exclusive. Usually mixing with one other fraternity and then other sororities which I believe is due to the lack of space. They have kids working the gates and entrances. Dont compare to pike sae castle Castle- castle which isn’t affiliated with one specific house because i know zbt ownes the 1019 part of it and other apartments inside castle and some of the apartments are owned by pike. Castle gets absolutely crazy annually. Although the weather kinda botched it for them this year the past couple of years castle was insane and like sae it is open for anyone to show up to. They rarely have but when they do its always a good time especially for freshman. East adams- rip. The house burnt down. Long live east adams. This was absolutely the spot to go to as a freshman. I remember my freshman year the east adams back lot darties were super fun solely for the fact that almost every freshman was there. At a school like cuse, many people who aren’t affiliated with greek life who own off campus houses usually throw down bringing in mostly freshman and others geeds. East adams is usually popping unless pike sae or another big tailgate/darty is happening
