I don’t think so. I know some higher level sorority people, and I’ve heard nothing about this. Plus, wouldn’t they open for expansion...accept packets from groups wanting to colonize, and then the school and Panhellenic would choose from maybe three that they narrow it down to from the packets? This is how it usually works (unless, I imagine, only one NPC is interested, but I’d imagine a lot of NPCs would want to colonize at SU).
