Sig Chi- huge partiers but not even that attractive, def top house tho Dke- pick their pledges based off what they look, mediocre brotherhood, unreal house Phi Psi- bunch of high school jocks with high egos Psi U- unique group that is low-key but nice and attractive AEPi- despite being kicked they throw bangers and seem to have a very close brotherhood other than the new pledge class ZBT- new pledge class will result in zbt being considered top house, very jappy but cool dudes Sig Ep- everyone seems to hate them but they seem to have a great time with each other, most of their parties are fun but too many brothers Phi Delt - all of them think they are rising because of one party with a top sorority but really arnt, cool and nice guys that are not stereotypical frat guys Theta Chi- lots of weird guys but some really cool guys, not very social but have a good time Sammy- typical jacked frat boy, some girls are scared of them lol but good brotherhood with fun parties Let's get funny and creative here guys... I've seen previous posts similar but lets start a description thread for the frats going into the fall. I know I missed a few but these are some of the more relevant houses on campus.
