When you go into pref today, I hope you select a house based off of sisterhood. Yeah it's great to party with "top tier" frats but by the time you're a senior, frat parties get old. When you graduate you want sisters who will be by your side even after your time at Syracuse is over. No one remembers tiers, they change all the time anyways. Find sisters, as cliche as it sounds, the girls you meet in the next few years could become some of the most important women you'll meet in your life.
