hey so last year I rushed but was ultimately told after pref that my gpa was too low.. I am rushing again and this time it is much higher. The 2 houses I prefed at were sdt and phi sig. I want to maybe have different ones this year. But totally forget what these 2 houses were like? What is better phi sig or sdt? How do they compare?
