The house only stands out when it comes to the social scene and nothing else. There's a lot of other houses with better brotherhood, campus involvement and grades. If you're looking for a fun house in your college career Kappa Sig is it. If you're looking for networking, good grades, and community/philanthropy Kappa Sig is not for you.
