Pretty good all around house. Compared to the other relevant fraternities: Average grades Good parties Control the party houses, which means you always have something to do Not your stereotypical fraternity Good philantropies Best tailgates Good rep No house on campus though Overall a good group of guys, which you could probably say with only fraternities like Beta, SigEp, and Phi Delt.
