the response by Honest is super accurate. Maybe a better breakdown would be this, though: Best overall (social, grades, involvement, and brotherhood) would include Sig Ep, Beta, Farmhouse, and arguably Phi Delt. The best party houses are SAE, Fiji, Delt, Phi Psi, and ATO. The listed Middle Tier houses that aren't listed as party houses are pretty average. Kappa Sig has a few good parties. DU has great grades but is socially awful. Sigma Chi is scratching and clawing to get a middle tier spot and they are average in about everything. Anyone else is totally irrelevant.
