definitely a weird list of houses. to begin, Beta Sigma Psi has the overall top grades. That being said, that is all they have. They do not have a house and they are not socially active (to my knowledge). They do not really have a reputation and are irrelevant. Beta and Phi Delt are both very similar houses with reputations built on strong academics and brotherhood. Men in Beta and Phi Delt are usually smart and kind. Both are good houses and both have decent parties. SAE is another great houses whose emphasis is more on partying. SAE will have more great parties than the other houses you listed but will have worse grades and less involvement. Rush around and get a feel for what you like!
