axo should be pretty easy to get into this fall - worst on-campus sorority house besides phi mu grade-wise and they're about to lose their house, have a ton of financial issues, and a chapter full of girls who don't want to be there. Their fake sisterhood is finally surfacing. That being said, kappa was only a small step above axo's grades, but it's still a high middle tier house. of the three you listed, theta would be the hardest house to get into - it is the most well rounded of the 3 (#4 in grades which is good for a house that parties) but people do not usually put it in the top tier 3 (a phi, pi phi, axo is what most people agree on ~ people will dispute on the order of those 3 for days lol)
