I have heard at other schools you can only carry a clear ziplock bag throughout the day and they take your phone the entire time. Can anyone tell me the rules at UNL? Can you carry a tote bag/string backpack and will I have my phone in between parties? If Ro Chi groups are by your floor does that mean you meet there each round? TIA
