As a PNM I would be careful about focusing on "top chapters". It's extremely important to make your own decisions while going through recruitment. APhi and Theta are probably both top chapters in one individual's mind; however, someone who wants an extremely, extremely social chapter may find a different one to be "top" and someone who wants a religious chapter find find a other and one who wants an involved chapter mind find a different one to be on top. As you read though the discussion you will find this to be true. Do not go into recruitment with a set order, I did that and was extremely shocked to find I didn't like the ones people said to be "top" because the women who I talked with had different ideas for what they wanted in a chapter.
