Ranking houses as "top tier" is difficult because everyone has something different that they are looking for in a house. Below is a brief description of each house, take it for what you will. Farmhouse- Easily the top east campus fraternity. They are well respected and usually are in the running for top grades. The incident that happened a few years back could have happened to any house on campus, so I wouldn't really hold that against them. They are set to get a brand new house here in the next couple of years. Good involvement on campus as well. Kappa Sig- Uhhh... well, you don't really hear much about these guys on campus. They are just kind of there. No on campus house and are known for parties. Lots of cigarettes. That's about all I got. Grades aren't too hot either. Fiji- In some hot water after recent events and are suspended from the university for at least a couple of years. They were known for partying. Usually they have a few good guys. Their house is massive (physically speaking). It was pretty recently renovated so it is in good shape. They won't be able to rush for at least two years. Average involvement ATO- Newly back on campus. They have a brand new renovation which is very nice. They are known for drinking and partying. Not the best grades. Before getting kicked off they had a good campus reputation so they are in the process of rebuilding.
