The new head of OFSA is working with Philly police to bring down off campus frats like he did successfully at Syracuse. There was talk on here about OWLS having trouble with cops - it's not just them, apes and theos are as well, they can't throw anything without getting shut down. Dont get me wrong, Theos and oz aren't going anywhere- they have strong connections with police and Penn alumni. Apes and Owls however will likely get disbanded in a few years.
