As far as I'm aware, I think A's dues are closer to 1500 than 2500. Dues at top frats are usually a trade-off. The better a house is, usually the bigger their social budget is. On the other hand, the more traditional top on-campus houses (A's, Zete, Castle, Phi Delt, and also ZBT even though it's not "top") tend to also get a lot of donations from their alumni, which means they require less in dues.
