I'm an incoming freshman from europe and i think i'm gonna join an international frat like Castle, Owls or Zete. From what I've seen they mostly sit in tiers 1 to 3, but a lot of time are left out for being international or exclusive. Which is the best international frat? Can I get a ranking?
